They have to be sugar free....not fat free. Sugar is a fat free food....so just be careful with that. I love sugar free syrups on milk days :) yummmmmmy

Sounds wonderfull...

BUT - What is sugar free syrup? From juice? But can you have anything with milk? I was originally told that only cucumbers allowed as addition during milk days.

no...it's regular syrups but made with artificial sweeteners which dr nash discourages, but in an emergency i use sometimes :)

cukes and celery are only allowed with milk. have you tried making an onion dip with the whole milk yogurt and dipping...love it!
