I have discovered a new yogurt by Cabot called Greek Style Yogurt - plain (available at Shaw's). It is all natural and extra rich because it is made with whole milk and cream. It is VERY VERY good. I am wondering if this is ok to have. (I am hoping the answer is yes!!)

Lot’s of people do (had seen posts here and there) still works. But when I asked – official “policy” only milk or kefir is allowed during first cycle. Milk is known well as de-toxin. I guess it is important part of the program to help move all toxins out of our bodies (not just part of the diet).

Dika, I think it's great if you can do it. BUT....Dr. Nash never said not to have yogurt during the first cycle on my first visit AND if it means keeping you sane during the first cycle, i say go for it.

But, if you can hold out and have just the milk, more power to you!

Good luck, everyone :)

Caro, thanks so much for the Cabot tip. I was using the whole milk Trader Joe's brand and it was good, but very 'soupy'. I tried the Cabot for my last two milk days and it was excellent.

Now, I actually look forward to those milk days.
Thanks
