Monday morning and....no weight loss for 3 days. Hmmmm....This is cycle 2 so I expected it to slow down. But I think I contributed with one meal after 6 on Friday and probably not enough water over the weekend. I'll be much more focused and compliant now. Good news is that I don't have to think that I need to exercise more!

Great moment over the weekend: My friend was with me when I went to get those dresses shortened. The first dress is sort of a hippy flowing one, not body fitting. The second is not flowing and when i put it on, my friend cried a bit of happy for me. The dress is fitted and showed a waist AND NO BELLY. He knows over the years how hard I've tried to lose even a pound, so PSYCH!
Well, off to a couple of days of yogurt.
