This forum is a bit confusing...I'm reading people saying they eat cucumbers on milk days then I see someone say yogurt NOT milk days. Then people ask isn't that the same day and no answer. Someone else makes kale soup on milk days. I've also seen multiple people ask if soy is an alternitave to whole milk. With no answer. Is this just a place for people to talk to each other or is there someone to actually answer our questions?

Hi! Its really a support site where we help each other…i've never seen a response from someone "in charge"…lol
My thoughts on your questions…Milk Day/Yogurt Day…same thing. You can either have milk OR yogurt but whatever you decide - you need to do it for both days. You can't do milk one day and yogurt the next. I choose yogurt - I buy FAGE plain whole fat yogurt and add honey and vanilla extract…I love it! I find it much more satisfying and filling than just milk. Although others love the milk and beleive that they are see better results when they have milk.
You can have cucumbers on those days as well -- I have also made a "dip" using the same yogurt and adding herbs/spices -- garlic, chives, onion powder -- and dip the cukes -- also very good and satisfying.

I make a soup on the veggie days but never heard of an acceptable soup on milk/yogurt days.

Hope this helps! Good Luck
