Let me know if there is something you'd like to see. This is YOUR forum and I want to make sure that you are getting what you want out of it! I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Allie,

Made it through my first full day in my first cycle. WHEW. It was much more challenging that I thought and I must admit, I am thoroughly wiped this morning. Feels like I have been on a fast for several days now (?). Some must be detox - perhaps things will improve with time.

Anyway, I was wondering whether you might consider a creating a thread for forum participants to introduce themselves (and their reasons/goals for the program). I seem to find these posts scattered about the forum - maybe a central place would be good? (Some could possible be moved, too.)

Also, perhaps if you made a little flyer about this forum (that it is here, a bit about accessing it, and the support that is available) and placed a stack of them in the office waiting room, more people would visit? I suspect that many people aren't familiar with forums at all and would love to find this great resource!

A

Thanks very much!

Comgratulations on day one!!!! IT WILL ONLY GET EASIER! I PROMISE. Let me know how you are doing tonight or tomorrow. The mantra that I used to get through the first few days was: I never want to have to start over on this again!

As far as the new forum, I'm on it! I'll put a new section up in a little bit. Thanks for taking the time to give me feedback.

I agree about the fliers, I'll mention it to Dr. Nash. He has been going out of his way to tell patients to get on to get involved in the community, but I'd be happy to make some fliers to give him that he'd give to patients when he's giving them their food plan.

Thanks for getting involved and keep going with the feedback. I want this place to be a destination and a home for us.

Have a great day!

Hi allie,
I'm on day nine of my first cycle, and I was interested in reading the patient information section; however, I need a password. Do I ask you or Dr. Nash?
Thanks for your help,
J
